The Benefits of Sharing Office Space
Coworking space provides many advantage over traditional office leasing:
- It’s more flexible—You don’t have to pay for the entire month, as you do with a traditional lease, and you won’t worry about paying rent for a lot of time when you’re not using your office.
- It’s typically less expensive than a traditional lease—Paying for limited use of space is better for your budget.
- It can be a great way to find new clients—In a shared office setting, you’ll potentially have interactions with other attorneys and business professionals that may become a source of referrals.
- You can have all the services you need without all the investment—You won’t have to buy your own copier, printer, supplies, and other needs. Your expense for those items will be based only on your needs.
- You can still present a professional image—With an attractive shared office space, you can instill confidence and trust in potential clients.
